鍍鋅帶鋼為基板，經(jīng)過表面預(yù)處理，用輥涂的方法，涂上一層或多層液態(tài)涂料，經(jīng)過烘烤和冷卻所得的板材即為涂層鋼板。國內(nèi)有背漆和面漆涂層，一般國內(nèi)是背漆一層，面漆兩層，國外業(yè)務(wù)面漆背漆均是兩層。由于涂層可以有各種不同的顏色，習(xí)慣上把涂層鋼板叫做彩色涂層鋼板。
